Bob In Timor-Leste

Our office is in an old government building that badly needs renovation. There are no toilets or running water, the roof leaks, and, according to our architect, the building is a safety hazard. So we are going to set up temporary offices on the grounds and move into them while the renovation is going on. After renovation, we will move back into this office and take our temporary offices out to sites around the country. Our field technicians will work out of those offices to register claims, mediate disputes, etc.
